Nestled in the Malvern hillside, Mind, Body and Soul offers a wide range of therapies and treatments for everybody from massage and beauty treatment to floatation and colonic hydrotherapy. We understand that for many people time is a luxury, and for that reason the aim of the centre is to provide calming surroundings where you can relax, unwind and benefit from the range of facilities available.

There are times when our bodies need assistance and help to function properly. This help may be physical, psychological or both. Our body is made up of 10 systems (skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, reproductive, respiratory, urinary and digestive) each relying on the other and working together to make up the human form. What happens when there is a malfunction within those systems? Therapy helps to relieve, assist and in some cases cure those problems.
